- Birthday party and event bookings: name, email address, telephone number, party date and time, number of guests, package chosen and any notes you add.
- Contact and enquiry forms: name, email address, telephone number and your message.
Payments and deposits
Party deposits and payments are processed by Square. We do not receive or store full card numbers on this website. Square handles card details under its own privacy policy.
Information collected automatically
Our web server records standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your request. This is used for security and troubleshooting. At the time of writing this site does not run Google Analytics or advertising pixels.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. This site uses them to keep it working correctly, including for the booking system. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may stop working.
Children’s privacy
We are a family entertainment center and many of our guests are children. Bookings and enquiries are made by a parent, guardian or other adult; this website does not allow children to create accounts and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through it. If you believe a child has provided us with information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it. This policy covers our website only; anything collected in person at the center, such as waivers or photographs, is handled separately.
How we use and share information
We use your information to arrange and confirm bookings, take deposits and payments, answer enquiries, and contact you about your visit. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our website host, booking system and payment processor), or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and enquiry records indefinitely, so we have a continuing record of reservations and can meet our legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law.
