Fun Castle Fun Center is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every family to be able to find our hours, prices, attractions and party information, and to book with us, regardless of how they use the web.
Standard we are working toward
We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, hearing, cognitive, learning and mobility disabilities.
Current status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means some parts of the site do not yet fully meet the standard. An independent accessibility review was carried out in July 2026 and we are working through the results.
Known limitations
- Photographs: most of the photos of our attractions, arcade and party rooms are missing text alternatives, so screen-reader users do not receive the information they convey. This is our highest priority.
- Keyboard focus: when navigating with a keyboard, the currently selected item is not always visibly outlined.
- Links and headings: some links and headings lack clear descriptive text when read out of context.
- Color contrast: some text and control outlines do not have sufficient contrast against their background.
- PDF document: our downloadable fun card is a scanned image without selectable text, so it cannot be read by a screen reader.
