BIRTHDAY PARTIES

The first thing you need to do is choose a date. (Party dates and times are on a first come – first serve basis.) If the date you have chosen is available, you will then need to choose a time. Party times are: 12:00 – 2:00pm, 3:00 – 5:00pm,  4:00 – 6:00pm & 6:00 – 8:00pm. Once all the information is filled out on the reservation form and we have your credit card information, your party is confirmed! If you pay your deposit by cash or check, you will be given a receipt with your party date and time and deposit amount.

This is the most asked question. In the unfortunate event of rain, we want you to know that the party goes on! Most parents have put a great deal of effort into putting their party together, so it just does not seem right to try to take away or postpone the day your child and his/her friends have been waiting for. FUN CASTLE has over 60 great arcade games, air hockey, kiddie playzone and even a pool table to keep everyone satisfied on those not so perfect rainy days. If you have booked a party with golf or kart rides, you will receive rain passes or trade in the value of your activity for game tokens to use in the arcade.

BE ON TIME ! The clock is running, it doesn’t always happen, but there may be a party coming into your party room within 30 minutes of the end of your party. FUN CASTLE prides itself on clean party rooms. We must have enough time to get ready for the next party. Please ask when you arrive if there is a party after yours, this will help everything go a lot smoother. As soon as all your guests arrive, give the person at the front counter your actual guest count. Through experience, we have found it is better to eat first before you golf or ride, it is a lot easier to keep your group together, rather than search for them when its time for Pizza ! If you would like to purchase additional pizza or food for the adults please place that order with your party food order. When it is time for activities, please bring the entire party group to the front counter, there we will pass out activity tickets and check height requirements for rides.

Yes, your card will be charged a $50.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. If you fail to show up on your designated day and time your deposit will be considered a “no show” fee with no refunds given.

Your reserved party room will only be available for the time slot you have chosen. You may, however, stay at Fun Castle as long as you would like, but you must vacate the room so we can prepare for the next scheduled party.
